I think I was fortunate to receive all of the parts for this product. The stand is shipped in the box the manufacturer provides and it was badly damaged. Parts fell out of the box as it was delivered. I expect the damage occurred while in transit, but to my mind the box it comes in isn't that suitable for freight. Thankfully all the parts were there and I was able to assemble it. It is a nice sturdy stand and certainly fit for purpose.
The stand was chosen for a very large 75 inch TV. It is perfect. Solid, steady and does exactly what they said it would do. I was also impressed with the same day despatch (as promised) and the next day delivery from Sydney to Brisbane in the middle of Covid! Awesome and appreciated.
