The service was smooth and delivery was quick and trouble free. The product is great and suits my needs well. The only thing that would have made the product suit my particular purpose better is having the top tier more upright rather than slanted as I intend to have a poster on it and the brochures located underneath.
The stand is great, easy to transport, but it is hard to dismantle, sometimes the hinge gets stuck
The brochure stand turned up very quickly, which was great, however it did have a little bit of damage on it. was in too much of a rush to worry about it.
Ordering and delivery was good except that one glass slide was damaged on setting up the unit. A replacement glass or unit will be accepted.
