General Information

Does Retail Display Direct have a hardcopy catalogue?

Yes, you can contact us to request a copy. However, our online shop will have all the detail you need.

Are all price include GST?

Yes, all the price in here are GST inclusive.

Does Retail Display Direct have a store-front? Can I come to your shop and purchase something there?

Our showroom & office is no longer open to public, all orders must go through our website or via email prior pick up. Pick up address is located at  3 Wordie Place Padstow NSW 2211 and the business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00, (Public Holidays not included). 

Can I pick up an order? Where is the pick-up center?

Yes, You can pick up an order in Sydney from the address above. Please place an order on our website and enter your Sydney address as usual, then there will be an option for Local Pick-Up.

 

Order Information

How long will it take to process my order?

Most order are to be processed and dispatch same day if order is received before 11am. For urgent orders, please contact us we can organized same day courier if you are in Sydney.

How do I place an order?

We accept orders via our online store or email. We will require you to provide your details such as name, address, email address, and payment options. Please make sure you provide correct phone number and email address when you place the order.

How can I track my order?

Our shipping courier system will automatically send you tracking number to you email once dispatched. If these any further information requires, please contact our sales support.

Can you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within Australia

How do I cancel my order?

Simply email us to sales@retaildisplaydirect.com.au or contact us at 1800 338 023.

 

Payment Information

What payment methods does Retail Display Direct accept?

We accept online/phone VISA, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Direct Deposit or Company Cheque payment.

Is there any surcharge for credit card payment?

No! We don't take any surcharge for any credit card payment, we believe this is part of our customer service . 

How long does Direct Deposit / Internet Banking take to clear?

It sometimes take up to 3 business days to clear the fund.  

Do I need to send a receipt once the direct deposit has been made?

Yes, we recommend you to do this. This will help us to allocate your payment and release the order faster. Please email remittance to sales@retaildisplaydirect.com.au

Does Retail Display Direct accept Personal Cheque as payment?

Sorry, we do not accept this payment method at this moment.

 

Return Policy Information

What is the standard return policy for Retail Display Direct products?

Products sold by Retail Display Direct Pty Ltd are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise stated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy will not be refunded after 30 days from the day of order is received or pick-up. Damaged or defective products can be refund or exchange under company approval.

Why do I need to send Retail Display Direct photo of the damaged product?

To upload digital photos of the damaged goods will assist us with a faster exchange/ refund process.

Approximately how long will it be before a refund / credit actually appears on my bank account?

It takes us approximately 2 business days to process a credit back to your bank account and 2-3 business day for it to appear on your statement.
