    Nice chair but too...

    Quality chair (GTC-DV-10E) but it's too short (I'm 6') when sitting. Considerably shorter than all our other office chairs. When contacted they could offer no solution saying it meets 'BIFMA' standards. (BIFMA btw is not a regulatory body). For the price you would expect a reasonable level of service. A simple replacement longer gas lift would fix the issue and I would have been happy to pay for that but their only solution was "If you wish to return the unwanted goods, you will need to arrange your own courier for the return trip. Postage is not refundable, any damage occurred during the return will be partially deducted from the total amount of refund." In other words.....
