To get an estimate, simply use the shipping calculator available on each product page. Just enter your state and postcode to see the shipping cost for that specific item. If you're purchasing multiple items, you can view the total shipping cost by entering your location at the checkout page. our system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on your location and selected delivery method.
Click & Collect
Order online and pick up from our Sydney warehouse- Usually ready within 2 hours! Our team will prepare your order and send you a confirmation when it’s ready for collection. Quick, easy, and convenient.
Shipping & Return
As we stock most products in our warehouse, we are able to dispatch most order same day before 11:00am with our express courier. Depending on your location, it take approximately 1-2 business day for Sydney Metro, 2-3 business to Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metro and 4-6 Perth metro.
Order Process
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email from our system with your tax invoice. After payment is received, our warehouse team will begin packing your order. You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been packed and picked up by the courier—this means your order is officially on its way!
Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates provided are estimated and shared in good faith. While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur—especially due to courier schedules or external factors. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Retail Display Direct, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Special Orders
Items specially ordered in for you require full payment before delivery. As these are custom or non-stock items, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless approved by us in writing.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged during return transit, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
In rare situation if goods are received in damage or broken, buyer are require to contact us within 7 days of receive. We are able to provides replacement on products, however in some situation, we require photo of damage products.
